How VoltDraft handles the project files, contact details and site data you share with us. Short version: your files are used only for your work, never shared, and deleted on request.
Project files
When you send us plans, markups, templates, title blocks, standards or checklists, we use those files only to draft and deliver your project. We do not share your files with other clients, we do not use them as samples or portfolio pieces, and we do not reuse your templates, standards or project data for any other client's work. The sample drawings shown on this site are studio samples, captioned by drawing type only.
We keep project files while a project is active and for a short period after delivery, so correction cycles and resubmissions can be handled without you resending the full set. At any time, you can ask us to delete your project files, and we will delete them and confirm the deletion in writing. We can also sign your NDA before the first project if your work requires one.
Contact data
When you contact us through WhatsApp or email, we keep your name, company name, phone number or email address and the messages about your project. We use this information only to reply, prepare quotes, deliver files and handle corrections. We do not sell contact data, and we do not add clients to marketing lists without a clear request. If you want your contact details removed from our records, message us and we will remove them, apart from basic records we must keep for completed paid work.
Cookies and site basics
This website is a simple information site. It may use basic cookies or similar storage that the hosting platform needs for security and for counting visits in aggregate. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build visitor profiles. If analytics tools are added later, this policy will be updated to name them before they are used for anything beyond basic visit counts.
Questions about privacy
For any question about your files or data, or to request deletion, contact us by email at ORDER_EMAIL_TBD or through the WhatsApp link on our contact page. We reply during our workday, and US evening messages are answered by the next US morning. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with the new text in place.
