What to include in your first message
A short first message is fine. Four details help us quote fast and quote right:
- Project type: solar permit set, EV layout, single-line diagram, schedules, redlines or a full drafting package.
- Sheet count: how many sheets you expect, or the size of the set you are working from.
- Deadline: the date you need files back, and whether the set goes to an AHJ.
- Your template files: title block, DWG template, layer list, symbol legend and any AHJ checklist.
Do not have a template yet? Send what you have. We can draft on a clean standard sheet for the first project and adopt your template as soon as you share it.
Start small, and a note on reply times
A small test project is welcome. Many clients start with a single as-built sheet from $45, one single-line diagram from $55, or a short redline clean-up, then send larger sets once they have seen the work. The process stays the same at any size: fixed quote first, drafting in your template, internal check, then PDF plus DWG delivery.
On reply times, we keep it honest: we reply during our workday. Send your message in the US evening and it is read at the start of our day, with your quote or update ready by your next US morning. Standard turnaround after you approve a quote is 24 to 48 hours per set, based on size.

We reply during our workday. Because of the time difference, a message sent in your US evening is read at the start of our day and answered in time for your next US morning. Quotes are confirmed in writing, with the price and delivery time stated before any work begins.
Can I send a small test project first?
Yes, and most new clients start that way. Send one single-line diagram, one redlined sheet or a short schedule and judge the files that come back. Test projects get the same fixed quote, the same internal check and the same PDF plus DWG delivery as any larger set.
