Published from-prices for every service, so you can budget before you message us. Your exact price is always confirmed in writing before drafting starts.
Hourly billing leaves you guessing. You cannot put a guess in a bid, and you should not have to watch a clock while someone drafts.
Per-set pricing fixes that. You send the job, we review the files, and we confirm one fixed price in writing. You approve it, we draft, and you pay the number you approved. The from-prices below cover a standard set — your final quote depends on size and complexity, and it is always confirmed before work begins.
| Service | What the from-price covers | From |
|---|---|---|
| Single-line diagram | One clean SLD from your notes, sketch, photo or old PDF | from $55 |
| Solar PV permit plan set | Standard residential / small commercial permit set, per set | from $150 per set |
| EV charging station layout | Standard site layout with power routing, per site | from $120 |
| Panel schedules & load schedules | Standard schedule set, per sheet set | from $65 per sheet set |
| Lighting & power layouts | Standard layout drafting, per sheet | from $50 per sheet |
| Conduit & cable schedules | Standard schedule set, per sheet set | from $60 per sheet set |
| As-builts & redline revisions | Clean CAD sheets from your markups, per sheet | from $45 per sheet |
| Electrical takeoff (quantities only) | Counts and quantities with marked-up plans, per project | from $95 per project |
| Electrical drafting (general) | General drafting inside the services above — see fixed quote | Fixed quote |
| Hourly drafting support | Ongoing weekly drafting help for busy shops | from $18/hr |
Every first project starts with a fixed quote confirmed in writing before work begins. The from-price covers a standard set; the final quote depends on size and complexity.

Complete PV permit plan set to your template and AHJ checklist.
Your fixed quote is built from four clear factors. None of them is a surprise — we explain the quote when we send it, so you can see why your set costs what it costs.
What does not change the price after approval: our internal check time, file setup in your title block, and normal delivery as PDF plus DWG. Those are included in every quote.

No. The prices here are published from-prices for a standard set. Every first project starts with a fixed quote confirmed in writing before work begins, after we review your files. That confirmed quote is your final price for the agreed scope. If the scope changes later, we confirm any change in writing before doing the extra work.
Per-set pricing lets you budget a job before it starts. You know what the permit set or layout will cost, so you can price it into your bid or project with no open clock running. Hourly support is still available from $18/hr for ongoing drafting help, but most clients prefer a fixed price for a defined set of sheets.
Four things move the price most: sheet count, complexity, source quality and rush timing. A large or detailed system costs more than a small standard one. Clean CAD input costs less to work from than rough sketches or photos. Rush overnight work on a tight deadline can also cost more. All of this is covered in your fixed quote.
There is no large minimum to get started. A single SLD, one schedule sheet set or a small redline job is a fine first project. Many clients start with one small set to test sheet quality and turnaround, then send larger permit sets once they are happy with the work and the process.
Yes, repeat work can move to a standing rate once we know your templates, standards and typical set size. With your title block and layers already on file, quotes get faster and pricing gets more predictable. Message us after your first set and we will set up a simple routine for regular weekly work.
Send your plans and deadline on WhatsApp. We will review the files and confirm your exact price in writing — before any drafting starts.
